Statement regarding UK Solicitors Regulatory Authority (SRA) Qualification Requirements for UCD School of Law graduates between the years 2004 and 2014 inclusive
The UCD Sutherland School of Law is pleased to announce that, following detailed and lengthy correspondence with the Solicitors Regulation Authority of England and Wales (SRA) and relying on the precedents created by SRA exemption from GDL examinations of individual UCD Law graduates over the course of the past 18 months, UCD law graduates of the Classes 2004-14 who meet the criteria listed in the attached statement may be eligible for full exemption from CPE/GDL requirements.
