The Business, Law and Regulation Research Group (BLREG), as part of an ongoing collaboration with the Riga Graduate School of Law(RGSL), recently held a high profile international duo-colloquium entitled Consumer Protection and Competition Policy in a Changing World.  Distinguished contributors from Hong Kong, Japan, Latvia, Poland, the Netherlands and the United Kingdom along with UCD Sutherland School of Law (SSoL) academics offered insightful and thought provoking perspectives on the challenges faced by branches of commercial law during the current period of legal, economic and political “shocks”  including Brexit.
