Anna-Louise Hinds is a graduate of N.U.I. Galway and the College of Europe, Bruges. Anna-Louise joined the Law School of the National University of Ireland, Galway, in 2001 where she currently lectures European Union Law, Comparative Competition Law, EU Competition and Intellectual Property Rights and International Trade Law on various programmes. Prior to joining the Law School, Anna-Louise worked as a Lecturer in the Dublin Institute of Technology. She was also an Associate Member of the Law School of the Law Society of Ireland for a number of years. Widely published, she is now undertaking her doctoral research under the supervision of Professor Imelda Maher in the area of competition law enforcement and the rule of law.
