Diarmuid Griffin has been a lecturer at the Law School at NUI, Galway since 2004 and holds BCL and LL.M degrees from University College Cork. He is currently working on a PhD at the Institute of Criminology, UCD. The dissertation examines the decision-making process of the Irish system of the early and temporary release of offenders and is supervised by Prof. Ian O’Donnell.
