Elaine Buckley

Elaine Buckley holds a BA in Law from Carlow IT and an LL.M from UCD. In 2011 she commenced doctoral research on the sufficiency of independent legal advice in advising guarantors in support of business loans. Her work is supervised by Brian Hutchinson.
