Jocelyn Delatre is a Ph.D student and a tutor in EU Constitutional Law and EU Economic Law in the University College Dublin School of Law. His research examines the development of private antitrust litigation in Europe. Jocelyn holds a 'Licence' in Private Law and a Maîtrise in Business Law from the Sorbonne School of Law, Paris (Université Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne) and a LLM in Commercial Law from the UCD School of Law. He was on the board of editors of the UCD Law Review 2009-2010 and his doctoral work is supervised by Prof. Imelda Maher.
