Kanstantsin Dzehtsiarou graduated from Law Faculty of Gomel State University in 2003, following which he was awarded an OSI/Chevening/Sussex University joint scholarship and entered the University of Sussex, completing masters education there. Since 2007 he has been an Ad Astra scholar in UCD School of Law. His doctoral research is on “European Consensus in the Case-Law of the European Court of Human Rights” and is supervised by Dr Marie-Luce Paris Dobozy.
