Marek Martyniszyn is an Ad Astra Research Scholar. His research examines the challenges created by the international anticompetitive arrangements, focusing on such questions as extraterritorial jurisdiction, state involvement in anticompetitive conduct, international cooperation in the area of competition law. Marek holds an LLM Degree in EU Law and WTO Law from European Institut in Saarbruecken (Germany) and Master Degrees in International Relations; Finance and Banking; and in European Studies from Warsaw School of Economics (Poland). Marek's PhD Thesis is supervised by Professor Imelda Maher, Sutherland Professor in European Law.
