Rumyana Grozdanova holds a BA (Hons.) in Legal Studies with Business from the Nottingham Trent University and an LL.M from University College Dublin. In 2010 she began a PhD research on “Extraordinary Rendition and the escape hatches within the existing human rights framework”. Her main interests are in the relationship between human rights, terrorism, counterterrorism and politics and her research is supervised by Dr Fiona de Londras
