Xiuyan Fei focuses her study on international economic law. Her thesis concerns National Law Interpretation in EU, WTO and NAFTA, which will examine the how national law is interpreted in the context of EU, WTO and NAFTA, and comparatively study the similarities and differences thereof. Meanwhile, Xiuyan is also a PhD candidate in Renmin University of China, doing WTO law. Her work in UCD is supervised by Prof. Joe McMahon.
