Yuan Chufeng is UCD-CSC Scholar at the UCD School of Law concentrating on human rights law. Meanwhile, Chufeng is also a PhD candidate in Southeast University of China (Sep.2009—present), majoring in Constitutional Law and Administrative Law. His work at UCD is supervised by John O’Dowd and Suzanne Egan.
