Biography:
| Lecturer in Law at UCD School of Law with interests in Administrative law, Employment Law and Legal History. Published four books, as well as thirty seven articles in English, European and American journals. |
Research Interests
| Legal History; in particular, the history of Administrative Law. Curent projects: (i) The history of the writ of certiorari and mandamus ; (ii) The history of bankruptcy and imprisonment for debt in Irish law. |
