Biography:
Máire Ní Shúilleabháin graduated in law from University College Dublin in 1995. She qualified as a barrister in 1997. Between 1995 and 1998 she was engaged in research on comparative family law at the University of Hannover and in intellectual property regulation of parallel importation at UCD. The LL.M and Magister Legum degrees were awarded in 1998. Following her BCL studies at the University of Oxford in 1998/99, she practised at the Irish bar from 1999-2001. She has been a full-time lecturer at the UCD Law School since 2001. |
