This law degree is a merger of the discipline of Law with a grounding in History.
This programme will provide you with a knowledge of the principles and rules of law, position this knowledge in the broader historical context of law, and give you an understanding of how historical scholarship can inform our knowledge of law and the development of legal systems. You will learn fundamental legal concepts and principles, cultivate an ability to analyse law, engage in legal reasoning, gain a thorough understanding in the academic discipline of history and acquire research skills in the fields of law and history.
