UCD is currently involved in several student-centered approaches to teaching and learning. These include Enquiry Based Learning (EBL), Problem Based Learning (PBL) and large class projects.

We can support EBL in a variety of ways:

• Delivering information skills classes
• Acting as a group facilitator
• Contributing to the design of the EBL curriculum.

The Library is currently supporting EBL initiatives in a number of schools:

• School of Agriculture, Food Science and Veterinary Medicine
• School of Medicine and Medical Science
• School of Nursing, Midwifery and Health Systems
• School of Psychology.
