Biography:
| I have published, researched and taught in supply chain management for many years. My main interests are the power of people in supply chain management and the influences of ethics, relationships and sustainability on supply chains. |
Research Interests
| My research interests include many aspects of supply chain and supply network management including environmental and social sustainability, ethical behaviour in supply chains, supply chain and network strategy, inter-organisational relationships, strategic outsourcing, and supply chain culture, values and identity. |

Teaching Philosophy
| My teaching philosophy revolves around student-centred learning, inclusivity and life-long learning. I try to make my classes as interactive as possible and incorporate different learning themes into each session. As my modules attract a large number of international students I try to provide a safe, encouraging environment. |

Innovation & Leadership
| Innovation and leadership in my teaching stems from my role on the supply chain profession development team directed by IBM and including US and European Universities; publishing a research article on skills needed for the supply chain profession; designing a supply chain management programme for the United Nations International Trade Centre and introducing new technology into module assessment. |
