Within the new flexible structure participants can choose a number of options tailored to their specific interests and backgrounds. A core of courses is studied and further options are offered to suit the career goals of individual participants.  Over the two year duration of the programme participants may choose four optional subjects depending on their areas of interest.

As an alternative, a project in an area of the participant's choosing and relating to the core of operations subjects may be undertaken, together with two other optional courses chosen from the menu below.
