Erasmus Mundus Scholarship Opportunities

Information session on Erasmus Mundus scholarship opportunities for UCD students and staff in South Africa, South America and Israel

Thursday, 22nd January 2015 at 1:00PM in the UCD Global Lounge

 

Who’s eligible?

-          Undergraduate students in year 2 and above

-          Master’s students

-          PhD students

-          Post-doctoral researchers

-          Academic staff

-          Administrative staff

Applicants must be registered UCD students or staff and must have EU citizenship in order to be eligible for a scholarship.


What is included in the scholarship?

Scholarships include the following:

-          Return flights from Dublin to the partner institution in South Africa, South America or Israel

-          Full travel insurance

-          All programme costs

-          A monthly stipend:

  • Undergraduate and master’s students: €1,000/month
  • PhD students: €1,500/month
  • Post-doctorates: €1,800/month
  • Staff: €2,500/month

 

What duration is the scholarship and where can I go?

UNDERGRADUATE: 1 academic semester – South America only

MASTERS: 6 months – South America and South Africa only

PhD EXCHANGE: 6 to 18 months – South America, South Africa and Israel

POST-DOCTORATE: 6 to 10 months – South America, South Africa and Israel

STAFF: 1 month – South America and South Africa only
