Berkeley Tragedy | Funeral Arrangements
Message to Our Students from the Dean
Below please find details of the funeral arrangements for the three UCD Students, Eimear Walsh, Nick Schuster and Lorcan Miller who died tragically in Berkeley, California.
Eimear’s funeral mass will take place on Tuesday at 11.00am in Church of Our Lady of Perpetual Succour, Foxrock followed by burial at Shanganagh Cemetery.
Niccolai’s remains will be removed on Wednesday morning from his home to the Church of the Three Patrons, Rathgar to arrive for funeral mass at 11.00am and then to the Crematorium at Mount Jerome, Harold’s Cross.
Lorcán’s funeral service will take place on Thursday, 25th June at 11.00 o’clock in Rathmichael Parish Church, Ferndale Road, Shankill, Co. Dublin. Burial will take place privately at the request of his family.
The UCD School of Medicine will be represented at each of the services by the Dean of Medicine, Professor Patrick Murray, teaching faculty, Medicine student advisor and administration staff. Members of the University Management Team will also attend each of the funeral services.
