The School is now accepting applications for this innovative, three-day course, which aims to equip participants with the essential knowledge, skills and competencies necessary to undertake effective programmes of clinical investigation and translational research.
Applications Invited for M.Sc. (Research) in Centre for Research in Infectious Diseases
Applications are invited for an M.Sc. by research in the laboratory of Professor William W. Hall in the Centre for Research in Infectious Diseases (CRID) under the supervision of Dr Virginie Gautier (CRID) and Dr Michael Carr (National Virus Reference Laboratory) evaluating the host genetic influence on susceptibility to human immunodeficiency virus type 1 (HIV-1) infection.
Postgraduate Module: Teaching in Higher Education
A 5 credit post graduate module starting in September entitled Teaching in Higher Education is being offered. This module is open to anybody who is involved in demonstrating or teaching to undergraduates. Participants must have an active teaching role in the college or be about to take up one that involves approximately 15 hours or more of teaching in a year.
