Psychotherapy at UCD
The UCD School of Medicine & Medical Science offers an extensive portfolio of graduate study opportunities at diploma, masters and doctoral level in each of the main recognised branches of psychotherapy.
Our extensive clinical faculty based at Mater Misericordiae University Hospital, St Vincent's University Hospital and at the Lucena Clinic (Hospitaller Order of St John of God) offer the following programmes:
- Graduate Diploma in Child Mental Health
- Higher Diploma in Psychotherapy Studies (Currently open for applications)
- MSc in Child Art Psychotherapy
- MSc in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (Closing Date: Spring 2012)
- MSc in Group Analytic Psychotherapy
- MSc in Systemic Psychotherapy
- MSc in Psychoanalytic Psychotherapy (Closing Date: Spring 2012)
Doctoral studies opportunities also exist in all key psychotherapy modalities and our experienced teaching faculty includes many research-active clinicians and clinical scientists.
