Biography:
Dr Maeve Henchion has been a researcher at the Ashtown Food Research Centre since 1994. She is head of the Food Marketing Research Unit. She has an interest in many aspects of food market research including supply chain and consumer research. She is also interested in technology transfer and research commercialisation of publicly funded food research.
