Sponsorship options:
There are four levels of direct funding sponsorship available:
BRONZE SPONSORSHIP - € 500
A Bronze Sponsor will receive considerable exposure and recognition through the following:
- Company logo in abstract book
- Company logo on our website
- Company logo on t-shirts worn by organising team
- Opportunity to include material in the delegate bags.
SILVER SPONSORSHIP - € 1000
A Silver Sponsor will receive the same exposure and recognition as a Bronze sponsor and in addition:
- Registration for 1 delegate
- Trade stand in the registration / coffee breaks / poster presentation area.
GOLD SPONSORSHIP - € 1250
A Gold Sponsor will receive the same exposure and recognition as a Silver sponsor and in addition:
- Company logo on the back of the abstract book cover and on programmes
- Company logo and web link on our website
- Registration for 2 delegates.
PLATINUM SPONSORSHIP - € 1750
As the Platinum Sponsor your organisation will be affiliated with all aspects of the event. This premium level of sponsorship will be restricted to a limited number of organisations.
A Platinum Sponsor will receive the same exposure and recognition as a Gold sponsor and in addition:
- Company logo on delegate bags and name badges
- Company logo on the front of the abstract book cover and on programmes
- Banner privilege in the conference theatre
- Registration for 3 delegates.
Additional sponsorship options:
- Full page advertisement in abstract book € 500
- Sponsorship of wine reception and buffet dinner € 2000
- Sponsorship of invited speaker travel costs to be discussed
