Learning Outcomes:

On completion of the module students will be expected to
present with increased self-confidence;
be aware of the foundations of emotional intelligence as key skills for career effectiveness, self-awareness, self-confidence and self-actualization;
have a greater understanding of personality styles and practical steps of participating in teams to promote team-effectiveness;
to understand the role and importance of relationship building, communication, decision making and collaboration in teams.
