OSH30100 OSH Literature Review

Academic Year 2023/2024

This module commences with preparatory work in the Spring Trimester with the main bulk of the workplace based literature review conducted in the Summer Trimester.

This module develops students knowledge and skills that are required to write an academic essay based on valid and reliable OSH literature and to summarise current knowledge and complex OSH information, from a variety of disciplines, and communicate it in a professional manner to their manager in a workplace setting. Academic, business writing and referencing skills are addressed.

Students should focus their literature review on a topic relevant to their workplace but not directly related to their own work role.

Lectures on this module will be delivered online via ZOOM.
