Nature or Nurture - Growing the Irish Entrepreneur
This seminar will explore some of the central issues impacting on start-up companies in Ireland and identify ways that Ireland can build a sustainable entrepreneurial culture into the future. Among the keynote speakers and panelists are: Dr. Eddie O'Connor, Founder and Chief Executive, Mainstream Renewable Power; Professor Danny Breznitz, Assistant Professor at the Sam Nunn School of International Affairs (Joint appointment with School of Public Policy); Sean Melly, Chairman of Powerscourt Investments; Mary Davis, MD of Special Olympics Europe/Eurasia; Owen Murphy, Partner, ACT Venture Capital; Julie Sinnamon, Executive Director Entrepreneurship, Regional Development and Human Resources, Enterprise Ireland; and Sean Gallagher, Managing Director of Smarthomes.
