Belfield campus closed Saturday 23rd April 2011
To facilitate the Students’ Union 2011 UCD Ball on Saturday, 23rd April, the Belfield campus will be closed from 07:00hrs on Holy Saturday, 23rd April until 01:00hrs on Easter Sunday, 24th April 2011.
During this period;
- All gates will be closed to both vehicular traffic and pedestrian access
- All buildings will be closed
- Only emergency vehicles and UCD Ball related traffic will be allowed onto campus
- All patrons attending the UCD Ball must enter and exit the campus via the N11 entrance.
Normal weekend campus access arrangements will resume at 01:00hrs on Easter Sunday, 24th April 2011.
Where the nature of a research project requires that a staff member must access the campus during the period of the closure they should lodge their request, as soon as possible, with the UCD First Response Room on ext. 1200 and they will be contacted to discuss their access needs.
