Continuing Professional Development
The UCD School of Nursing, Midwifery and Health Systems is committed to providing nurses and midwives with opportunities to meet current and futher professional and statutory requrements. With the enactment of Nurses and Midwives Act (2011), it is important that practitioners have access to range of relevant and engaging Continuing Professional Development (CPD) programmes in order to maitain their professional competence. The School offers a wide range of short practice-focused educational opportunities to help nurses and midwives to broaden and deepen their professional horizons and to fulfil professional regulatory needs.
