Mark O' Farrell - Erasmus Exchange in Sweden
I am currently in stage 3 of the BSc Nursing (Psychiatric) in UCD and it has been a great experience. I had the opportunity to go on Erasmus to Sweden last year and thoroughly enjoyed it. I was able to travel and ski at the weekends, while working during the week and gaining experiencing of what its like to work in a different country and encounter situations in a different way. I got to see many things I would not normally see in placement in Ireland . Going on placement in Ireland is also a welcome break from assignments and really gives you a chance to put into practice what you learn in college. Having done a degree prior to this, I can say this course is extremely interesting with plenty of opportunities and an excellent way to develop professionally. I would strongly recommend this course for any of you considering choosing it.
