Biography:
Research Interests
| Research interests: Psychodynamic aspects of nursing, including transference and countertransference in the nurse patient relationship. The impact of nurses' unconscious mental processes on their work with patients. Outcomes for new nurse graduates: Workforce outcomes in successive cohorts of graduate nurses internationally. |
