UCD School of Nursing, Midwifery and Health Systems

The Mary Aikenhead Theater is located on the ground floor of the Health Science Building and is an example of the various teaching and learning environments that range in size from 40 to 350 seat capacity.

The theater is equiped with 2 ceiling mounted data projectors, a desktop P.C with laptop capability, a DVD/VHS player, a document camera, an audio system for microphones and media playback. All of these can be controled from a centre console on the presentation desk.

All theaters are enabled for Wireless and Wired internet connection. As a facility the Health Science Building provides a unique opportunity for interdisiplinary education, research and social interaction.
