OSH10040 Occupational Safety and Health Project


This module is a capstone project module that requires students to undertake a work-related project and to prepare a report for their manager on a topic that brings together and consolidates the learning from modules OSH10010, OSH10020 and OSH10030.

What will I study?

At the end of this module the student should be able to:

  • Prepare and present a report that is acceptable in a workplace context.
  • Structure a report that summarises an occupational safety and health assessment of a work situation.
  • Summarise current knowledge on an OSH topic or topics, relevant to the student's workplace, and develop appropriate conclusions and realistic recommendations for risk management controls in that context.

How will I Study?

  • Specified Learning Activities - 30 hours

  • Total Workload - 100 hours
