Frequently Asked Questions

What are the fees?

Each course has a fee which can typically be paid on a per module basis. The fee for each course is different and is provided on the course descriptor pages.

Per module fee payments facilitates the Module to Masters approach to study, enabling a student to take one or more modules at a time without any financial repercussions. The fees are the same for all students regardless of nationality and country of residency.

For example, for a 40 credit course that has a fee of €3,000 the price per credit is €75. A five credit module in this course will therefore cost €375 while a ten credit module will cost €750.

For students who choose to study from Module to Masters a minimum (full time) and maximum duration has been specified by each course, ensuring that the UCD awarded qualification is still relevant. This timeline starts from the date of the first exam success.
