Brian O'Connor is the author of Adorno's Negative Dialectic: Philosophy and the Possibility of Critical Rationality (MIT, 2004), Adorno (Routledge, 2012) and of papers on the German Idealist and Critical Theory traditions. He is editor of the Adorno Reader (Blackwells, 2000), coeditor of German Idealism: An Anthology and Guide (Edinburgh U.P. 2006 / U. Chicago P., 2007), and coeditor of the forthcoming Routledge Companion to German Idealism (Routledge, 2012).
