Congratulations to Dr. Conor Buggy and Dr. Seamus Kelly who have recently published a paper on concussion amongst Irish professional footballers in Sports Medicine Open. The paper was a collaborative effort between the Centre for Safety and Health at Work and the Centre for Sports Studies highlighting the relationship between occupational injuries and professional sport.(opens in a new window) The paper is already generating discussion in the media and has been featured in the Sunday Times.
