UCD Performance Management Development System (PMDS) is a framework that supports staff development in a structured and informed way. It is a conversation between a reviewee and reviewer around the reviewee's work objectives, career goals and development/supports they may require to carry out their role. It fosters clear, two-way communication between colleagues that will identify and address development needs within the context of the university’s goals.
