The UMT Academic Group oversees strategic academic issues and develops the academic plan within the University, in alignment with the objectives of the UCD strategic plan. - UMT Capital
The UMT Capital Projects Group will initiate, prepare capital appraisal reports, set targets and priorities, and oversee the major capital projects of the University. - UMT Communications, Marketing and Student Recruitment Group
The UMT Communications, Marketing and Student Recruitment Group will oversee will oversee the activity and performance of the Marketing, Branding and Student Recruitment functions at UCD as carried out centrally, in Colleges, Schools and Institutes, and in other major functional areas. - UMT Finance and Operations Group
The UMT Finance & Operational Group oversees the strategic development and operation of support units and the planning and budget process within the university.
