Stage 4

Engineering Science Stage 4 Energy Sys Engineering Stream is a 60 Credit undergraduate year of study. Following successful completion of Stage 4, students will progress into Stage 2 (Year 2) of their Master of Engineering (ME) Programme, and modules from Stage 4 will be mapped forward in place of Stage 1 (Year 1) of the ME. Students may need to consult with the Programme Director before registering to their modules.
Note: Students who have not been registered on a full time basis during Stages 2 & 3 to the UCD majors in either “Mechanical Engineering (NMS1)” or “Electronic Engineering or Electrical Engineering (NES1)” (e.g. due to Study Abroad) should consult with the Programme Director before finalising their Stage 4 module registration.
