cCBT - What works from the world of on-line mental health intervention?

The aim of the article was to review and highlight evidence-based computerised cognitive behavioural therapy (cCBT) programmes that can potentially be used in Ireland for the treatment of mild-to-moderate mental health difficulties.  Areas where evidence supported programmes were identified included Anxiety, Phobias, PTSD, Depression, Eating Disorders, Stress, Insomnia, Pain and Alcohol Misuse.  The full article is available here
