cCBT - What works from the world of on-line mental health intervention?

The aim of the article was to review and highlight evidence-based computerised cognitive behavioural therapy (cCBT) programmes that can potentially be used in Ireland for the treatment of mild-to-moderate mental health difficulties.  Areas where evidence supported programmes were identified included Anxiety, Phobias, PTSD, Depression, Eating Disorders, Stress, Insomnia, Pain and Alcohol Misuse.  The full article is available here http://journals.cambridge.org/abstract_S0790966712000055
