Biography:

Ray Kinsella is Director of the Centre for Insurance Studies, which was established in 1995. He is widely published in the areas of financial institutions, insurance and corporate governance, including a number of written or edited books and numerous journal articles. He was previously an economist at the Central Bank of Ireland and Economic Advisor to the Minister for Trade.
