The UCD Quinn Programme Office provides a range of support services to students registered to undergraduate business degree programmes and is the first point of contact for student queries. The Programme Office is located on the ground floor of the Quinn Building.
The Programme Office provides advice and support to students on a range of issues such as:
- Programme Information
- Extenuating Circumstances
- Withdrawal/ Leave of Absence
- Recognition of Prior Learning
- Internal Programme Transfers
The Programme Office opening hours are as follows:
Monday – Friday:
9.30am - 1.00pm and
2.00pm – 4.00pm
Students are welcome to drop in at any time during office hours to speak to their dedicated Programme Manager.

As the Programme Office Director, I am responsible for the operation of administrative and governance functions across the suite of undergraduate business programmes. I am located in Q125 in the Quinn School and my door is always open to students and staff!
Ms. Deirdre Linehan-O’Brien
Programme Manager, BComm International
Managing the day-to-day operations of the BComm (International) degree, I am the first point of contact for all students on the programme. I work closely with our International Affairs Officer, the UCD Institute for Chinese Studies and the School of Languages, Cultures and Linguistics (SLCL).

I am the Programme Manager for these degrees and I will be your first point of contact for any programme related queries during your time in UCD. Ms. Áine Ni Rian
Programme Manager, Study Abroad students
I manage the School’s two programmes for visiting Study Abroad Students. I help students with all aspects of the Study Abroad programmes from admissions to accommodation and orientation and on-going in-semester support. I also manage the relationship between the School and our North American partners.
Ms. Esther Sanz
International Affairs Officer
My role involves managing the School’s Student Exchange Partnerships with Business Schools and Universities around the world. I work with Programme Managers and Programme Academic co-ordinators to develop exchange opportunities for students in their programmes. As part of my role I also look after the students from our Partner Universities who come to study in UCD.
Dr Sylvie Doné
International Student Coordinator (Interim)
I provide support, information and advice to international students throughout their studies here in the Lochlann Quinn School of Business. In particular, I work closely with new students to ease their transition to life in Ireland and UCD.
Ms. Claire Kingston
I am responsible for the management and promotion of the School’s internship programmes. This includes identifying and securing internship opportunities for both our undergraduate students and study abroad students, liaising with employers and academics and monitoring student progression while on internship. I am always happy to provide students with information and advice on our internship programmes.
