UCD School of Business welcomes the introduction of a BSc Police Leadership programme which is offered as a partnership between An Garda Siochana and UCD. This is a unique joint programme and both an Garda Siochana and UCD are delighted to be involved. The programme provides participants with an exciting opportunity to extend and deepen their knowledge and understanding of the demands of public service organisations and to contribute to and monitor organisational enhancement.

The programme involves a mixture of blended learning between campus attendance at the Garda College in Templemore and independent home study. The part-time nature of the programme offers the flexibility for participants to study at anytime and anywhere while being employed as a member of An Garda Siochana.

For each module you will receive a comprehensive study guide and textbook is provided which serves as a map through each module.
