Biography

Chia-Yu Kou-Barrett is a Lecturer/ Assistant Professor in Organizational Behavior in Management, School of Business, University College Dublin. Before joining UCD, she obtained her PhD degree in Organizational Behavior from the Department of Management Science and Innovation, University College London, UK.

 

Her research focused on workplace interactions and cross-team dynamics. She studies how interdisciplinary teams in organization collaboratively to solve problems and coordinate their individuals tasks in high-hazard engineering projects, and distributed organization and project. Her research appeared in Administrative Science Quarterly.
