UCD Quinn School of Business has Exchange agreements with over 50 Universities and Business Schools all over the world. Every year we welcome approximately 200 students into our School on a range of Student Exchange programmes.
If you are studying at one of UCD Quinn School of Business Partner Institutions, you may be able to attend UCD Quinn School of Business for one or two semesters as an Erasmus/ Non-EU Exchange student. To be accepted, you must be officially nominated by your Home University.
UCD Quinn School of Business combines the excitement of University life with one of the most progressive education programmes in the world. Our modern facilities and learning environment are internationally admired and offer you access to all the latest technologies. We are the only business school in Ireland to hold accreditation from the American College of Business accreditation, AACSB (International), the top European accreditation, EQUIS and AMBA.
Due to our eLearning environment, all students attending UCD Quinn School of Business, including Exchange/Erasmus/Occasional students, must have a laptop. Students' laptops have to be registered to the UCD network. Further information is provided as part of the application information.
Students may attend for the Autumn Semester, the Spring semester or the full academic year. A range of over fifty modules from our Bachelor of Commerce (Bcomm) are available to choose from. Erasmus/non-EU Exchange students can take up a maximum of 30 ECTS credits per semester. Access to particular modules is dependent on places in class and the timetable.

Please note that as an Erasmus/Exchange student, you will not be permitted to register for and obtain any Degree qualification from University College Dublin. You will receive an official examination transcript with the results obtained in each of the business modules you have taken.
Each year, UCD welcomes hundreds of international students to its campus. UCD Central International Office provides a range of support services and information for all UCD international students.
Student Advisers: Student Advisers provide support for all students during their University experience. They are available to assist students with personal, academic, financial and practical problems working closely with School and Programmes Offices, the Student Health and Counselling Services, the Students’ Union and Central Administration. Accommodation
On campus accommodation is available at both the Belfield and Blackrock campus. Further information is available at the UCD Accommodation office webpage. Unfortunately, as demand very often exceeds the supply of rooms, UCD Quinn School of Business cannot guarantee on campus accommodation for all incoming International Students. Further information is provided as part of the application process.

Erasmus/Non-EU Exchange students: Application for academic year 2012/2013
Please note only students nominated by their Home University will be accepted.
Online Applications
Nominated students will receive online application instructions by e-mail. Deadline to submit the online application: 31st May 2012 for semester one and full year students and 31st October 2012 for semester two students. Once completed, students will receive a UCD student number.
Business Module Registration Form
The 2012/2013 Business module registration is not yet available. Students will be informed in due course via e-mail of the process to register for their business modules.
Accommodation
Accommodation information will be provided to nominated students by the end of May for semester one and full year students and in October 2012 for semester two students.
