Meet the students

Eugenia Kazakova BSc (Economics & Finance)

My favourite subject in school was Maths and I always wanted to do a degree that included it. I also wanted to apply my knowledge of Maths to real-life problems. The BSc (Economics & Finance) seemed the best combination of both. This programme gives you an opportunity to study new subjects in areas such as finance, statistics, mathematics and economics and then later on to choose a specialty.

This programme has two main streams - economics and mathematical. While in Stage 1 you study a foundation in all courses, in Stages 2 and 3, you have many options available to choose from.

If you enjoy maths, economics or accounting in school, you'll do great. Your lecturers are always on hand to help if you have any trouble with a subject, which helps you to understand it and enjoy it all the more.
