All programmes at the UCD Quinn School require students to own a notebook PC, so we'll send you details of our special purchase scheme with your CAO offer. No more queuing to use a computer. You can simply boot up your notebook anywhere and network with the School and fellow students through our wireless access. And don't be daunted. Whether you're a computer whiz or a beginner, you will be fully trained on all the basics you'll need.

Technology wouldn't offer the great advantages it does without the flexibility of easy access. Throughout UCD Quinn School and other parts of UCD, there is wireless connectivity, ensuring you can access the internet and your notes You can study independently or in groups and have access to all the information that UCD and the web have to offer.

Your lecturers will regularly post relevant messages and updates online, to keep you informed and, above all, you'll be able to communicate with the School and with fellow students via MSN Messenger and the class Bebo sites, so you can work in teams even if you're not on campus.
