This year we have a new fee payment method available.
This facility is especially useful if you require a VISA to travel and/or study. This allows you to pay fees in your own country and currency. You will obtain the confirmation of your payment / receipt that you need as part of your visa application from your local bank when you have made your payment. UCD will receive the exact amount you have paid within 48 hours. No international bank charges are incurred. Refunds can be obtained from UCD where appropriate using the reverse method.

No. You must be an EU National, hold an EU passport and/or have been granted official refugee status in order to be eligible for "free" fees. You must also meet essential residency criteria.
