Welcome to the Fees and Grants Undergraduate web page. We have put together some information to help you with the main queries you might have as a new or returning UCD student. If at any stage you wish to see your fees record you can log on to SIS Student web, and there you can view your current charges and payments.
If you are eligible for a Local Authority Grant, you may find this page useful with regard to any maintenance or refund queries you have.
If your grant application is approved, the Local Authority/County Council will send you a grant approval letter.
This letter must be brought to the Student desk in the Tierney Building.
If this letter is not brought in you will not be processed for a grant.
The Fees and Grants office credits your account for the amount shown on the grant approval letter and sends an invoice to the Local Authority/County Council for payment.
If a refund is due (if you have already paid fees), once the Local Authority/County Council has paid UCD, a refund will be automatically processed.
