Administrative Services - Seirbhísí RiaracháinProgramme and School LiaisonWhat we doThings we doThe liaisons act as a primary link between Schools, Programmes and the various businesses managed by UCD Registry. They are involved in the majority of business/Registry processes which enable them to: provide excellent advice, outline potential issues, solve problems that may arise and proactively manage any new or on-going developments. The team:
Liaise with Programme Offices and Schools to enable the delivery of linked administrative services. The liaisons act as a primary link between Schools, Programmes and the various functions managed by UCD Registry. They act as a single point of reference for Schools and Programmes, either dealing with issues and queries directly or, where necessary, forwarding them to the appropriate administrative or technical personnel so that they are managed and resolved.
Communicate various updates/developments/timeframes from UCD Registry to Programme Offices and Schools. They act as the main point of communication to the Programme and School Offices for UCD Registry.
Operate as the principal point of contact between School and Programme Offices and UCD Registry with regard to Information Capture and Curriculum Management. They work closely with Schools and Programmes to ensure module and Programme structure information is managed, verified and accurately recorded in a timely fashion. They are also the first point of contact for queries, support and training in the systems which enable Information Capture and Curriculum Management.

ICCM including the Curriculum Management System
The PSLs comprehensively support the Information Capture and Curriculum Management process including the Curriculum Management System. Any curriculum queries you may have can be directed to your liaison.
Registration
The PSLs link with the Registration and Records Team to ensure Programme Offices and Schools are supported through all facets of student registration.
Fee Setting Process
The PSLs liaise with the College Finance Managers to ensure all programme fees are recorded.
Continuing Professional Development
The PSLs offer ongoing administrative support for CPD programmes.
Collaborative Programmes
The PSLs work with Academic Secretariat to ensure that new and existing programmes have the required administrative support.
Grade Approvals Process
The PSLs offer support on any registration queries that may arise during the grading process. They also support Gradebook in terms of system access and reports. ContactsCollege of Arts & Celtic Studies
