Registration 2012 planning & information sessions
Registry will hold a number of information sessions for staff from across the University during the summer. These will all be held from 12.00-1.00pm on the following dates:
- Wednesday, 6 June in Q015, Quinn School of Business
- Tuesday, 10 July in C007, Health Sciences
- Wednesday, 8 August in NT1, Lower Ground Floor, Newman Building

Registration & Student Record Management
The Registration & Records Team supports the registration of students to both programmes and modules and ensures the accuracy of records for each student throughout their time at UCD. For more information on registration, leave of absence, repeats & resits and registration reports click here.

For information on areas such as - fees, grants, visa requirements, tax relief on fees, withdrawing, deferring or taking a year out from a programme, as well as the areas of refunds, repeats and resitting modules.
Student web registration – staff view
There is a facility available for staff in SIS (Programme Offices, Student Advisers, Graduate School Managers, School Administrators and some staff in Registry) to log in as a student and see the personal information (including fees) and module aspect of what a student sees during online registration. Other UCD staff can view the module aspect to online registration. This facility will enable staff to provide support to students during module registration.

Module Capacity Management
Please follow this link for information for Schools/Module Coordinators on monitoring the Core/Option/Elective etc places within your module and the process for requesting dynamic increases/changes to capacity in the run-up to and during the registration season.
Registration Review 2011
The Review of Registration 2011 looks at the lessons learned, issues encountered, and recommendations for action which will be brought forward with a view to ensuring the success of Registration. This informs the planning and opportunities for improvement for the Registration 2012 season. The high level recommendations were presented to UMT on 24 January 2012 and to UMT Plenary on 6 February 2012. These were accepted and are to be implemented for Registration 2012.
